1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password secure and for not disclosing them to any third party. k4club will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
You must notify k4club immediately through the provided support channels if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. k4club reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during an investigation to protect the user's interests.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Users also agree not to interfere with, disrupt or damage platform operations, including server infrastructure, databases or security systems. Any actions that compromise other users' experience or affect system stability may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the k4club platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including DuitNow and online banking. Minimum deposit and maximum withdrawal limits are set from time to time and will be communicated to users through their accounts.
Withdrawals will be processed to the Malaysian bank account that has been registered and verified in the same user's name. k4club does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to five business days, subject to your bank's policies.
Any erroneous deposits or disputed transactions must be reported to the k4club support team within 48 hours of the transaction. k4club will not be held liable for losses arising from disputes reported after this period. All decisions relating to transaction disputes are final once the internal investigation has been completed.

Account Suspension and Closure
K4club reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or a request from the relevant authorities. Any legitimate funds in a closed account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance with identity verification requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the k4club platform — including logos, trademarks, graphics, user interfaces, text, source code and other materials — is the exclusive property of k4club or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from k4club.
